I am qualified as a first aid intructor with First Aid International and provide various first aid courses according to demand. I also teach the first aid component of the Pass Plus course available at the Devon Drivers Centre. I am also a member of the Road User Support Service.
I have a love of horses and horse riding although work and family life means that I have had to put this on hold for a few years. I do not have much spare time for hobbies, preferring to spend time with my family.
I initially worked in the equine industry, providing services to yards and owners as well as giving riding instruction. I also competed very successfully in many events on my own horse. I plan to return to horse riding as soon as time permits.
